I rent a unit in the Lawrence lofts building on E Madison. Over a week ago, the unit next to mine flooded after a contractor severed a main water pipe to the fire suppression system for the building. Several days ago the building had technicians enter my unit unannounced and placed a dehumidifier and eventually fans. This equipment is running constantly. I downloaded a decibel checker on my phone and tested the noise coming from the machines at just under 80 dB. This appears to be in violation
