Caller has black mold on the walls and around the window in her bathroom. There is only a small window above the shower for ventilation but does not draw the moisture out. She had a leaky faucet in her kitchen sink for months before it was fixed. The leak has caused water damage to the cabinet under the sink. On 1/4/07 reported warped floor in 2nd bedroom. On 1/30 they tore up the carpet, wood and moldy flooring which left a 1 ft deep hole. They turned up the heat in that room to dry it out which the tenant has had to pay for extra electic. The bedroom is closed off and not useable. On 2/5 she contacted the property manager again but they have not said when it will be fixed.
