The exterior stairs on the east side of the building were replaced because of dry rot, however the owner did not get a permit and the stairs are a safety hazard. The first stair is too short, and last too tall. Best visible through the alley between 3rd and 4th Ave. W. Tenant is moving out on Dec. 6th, and his landline phone #: 206.352.1952 will be disconnected on that day, but the other phone # will still work.
