A flood occurred in November, and ever since then there has been a massive roach infestation affecting multiple units. We have had an exterminator come and fumigate our unit three times in the past month. While the flood restoration is occurring, contractors are leaving exits open on some days, and on other days exits are blocked by tenants' belongings or machinery.

Ongoing cockroach infestation in our apartment unit despite three pest control treatments. We continue to see live cockroaches after each treatment, primarily in the kitchen, bathroom and emerging from openings in the ceiling.The building experienced significant flooding, and portions of walls and ceilings were opened for restoration work.
