I am writing to report a serious and ongoing health and safety hazard at my apartment building named Enve apartments located at 1901 Franklin ave E, Seattle WA 98102.For several months, there has been plumbing issues and at times a strong sewage odor throughout the building. Moved out of unit on 4/15 and is still being charged rent through April 30th. Tenant gave 40days notice prior to move out. What are rights?

There isn't any heat in our building during winter. They refuse to fix it. It was 36 degrees in our building last winter. The heaters in our rooms don't work. It smells like an ashtray in our apartments and they refuse to find out where it is coming from. They continue to rent these apartments without being transparent. This is deceptive practices. Try to lock you into a lease agreement and refuse to fix these issues.
