per online: Vacant building open to entry-- The building across the street from our apartment complex has been abandoned for approximately 3 (three) years, and can be easily entered by anyone with interest in doing so. It's an unfinished, three-story, ply-wood structure, with noticeable loiter litter.

Cracks on walls and ceiling in bedroom, living room and hallway. Dirt floor basement. Large particles coming through hot water line. Also expressed concern over loose asbestos in the building and electrical wiring not up to code. Complainant planning on moving out by Oct 31 and would like to set up inspection sometime between the dates of Oct 27-Oct 31 when the unit is empty.Note: if calling the owner, must dial *(star)82 first.
