Landlord threatened to evict tenant for not signing new lease. Tenant was never given a copy of the lease, she's been asking for copy (2yrs) since she's been living there. Since she's been there she's had 4 rent increases, 2 in 2017, 1 in 2018 so far and another coming in August. Tenant was told if she didn't sign lease today 6/13/2018 she would be evicted. There is black mold, rats in walls of property every time she complains about this the landlord threatens to evict her. T
