PER CSB: Ms. Hill called CSB to express her concerns about the residential manager, Bryan Houghton. Hill says that she has filed formal grievances directly with the residential manager, but nothing has been addressed.She believes the City should help, because she thinks the City provides funding to the Livingston Baker Apartments. Per phone call: Windows not sealed- sand/dirt/air entering unit. Property manager's solution is sealing the windows with plastic sheeting, which would prevent egress/ventilation.
