Per Online; I am the owner of 1917 and 1919 N 50th st. Seattle, WA 98103. It appears to me that this construction company has encroached my property line at least 1 to 1.5 foot, have removed all of the rock feature along the garage and left a mess on my property. I am pretty sure it has weakened the East side of my garage wall. In my opinion, they should have left at least 1 to 1.5 foot distance. I will appreciate your help in this matter.

Per online complaint "The main house (3 units) where I am a tenant in the basement has ONE heat control,which I control from my unit.There is structural damage in the stairwell leading from my unit to the upstairs laundry room,which also leads to an exit. I'm sure there are a number of other violations as well."
