PER PHONE COMPLAINT: Notice to Enter violation / Harassment.Complainant feels landlord's acces to her rental unit is not reasonable, but excessive. He does an inspection about once a month to determine items in the unit that require repair.Also, he appoaches her in the morning before leaving for work and in the evening returning from work to ask Complainant when she plans to move.She is feeling a forced pressure to move.
