PER CSB: I own unit 201 at the Barrett Condos located at 2000 W Barrett St, Seattle 98199.My unit is infested with ants. Courtney Severson of the property managers, Phillips Real Estate, 711 Sixth Avenue North, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98109 (www.phillipsre.com), said that ants in my unit are my problem and that I will have to pay for their extermination.
