Permit 6912221-SS was issued for a sewer repair and the permit holder Aces Four Enterprises damaged the side yard and area between the street and sidewalk. They drove heavy machinery over the areas that are sunken in spots by approximately 12 inches and raised in spots by approximately 12 inches, they damaged the cement curb and poured asphalt on this area and the grass. My neighbor has hired Ace's Four Enterprises plumbing company to do a project that is harming my property and the neighboring property. The company was issued a permit (6912221-SS) but is doing work not authorized by the permit. The company is digging down 6+ feet in a space that is 22 inches wide and spans 20 feet.
