The owner is having a construction crew construct a supposed DADU behind the front house. The new construction unit is a two story structure with garage and 3 bedrooms. Found no permits for the construction of said unit. Is this property not zoned single family. The owner rents the front house out to tenants by rooms with no parking provided.Currently 3 non-related individuals occupy the front house.
