Garbage overflow onto street continues to attracts rats and other vermin. In addition the garbage often contains adult diapers with human feces and urine that is spread through out the street and neighboring properties by rats and crows creating a health risk to all neighbors, the smell permeates the street.Adress has already been cited, issue continues

Garbage continually piled on street, outside of cans. Homeless and animals rip open bags and spread garbage throughout neighborhood.This has cause rodent infestation that has spread to neighboring properties.This has been ongoing for at least 10 years.Can are left on street, often times owners just throw food, not contented onto street due to can overflow

Large amounts of garbage, broken appliances and furniture have been strewn across both this property, the sidewalk and the street. The garbage is attracting vermin, blocking sidewalk access, and blocking a handicapped parking space. This has been like this for ~2 weeks and I have little hope it will be resolved by the property owner without intervention.
