Our lease expires on September 11, 2026. We did receive the 180-day written notice regarding the rent increase. However, we do not recall receiving, and have no record of receiving, a renewal offer or proposed rental agreement during the required 60-90 day period before the end of our lease.On August 7, I replied to a renewal reminder email and asked the leasing office for the renewal rate and lease term options. Loud construction on weekday night in minor ave behind my addresss.

Construction site on minor ave, east of REN building, repeatedly violates Seattle noise ordinance on a daily basis. Jack hammer and other high decibel equipment is uses between 6am - 8am on a daily basis on weekdays. The noise is disruptive at every level within surrounding buildings. Happy to provide video evidence timestamped, or just visit the site any day in the morning.
