For several years, the neighbors who own these adjacent lots have rarely, if ever, trimmed the trees or kept the sidewalks clear and safe. This has become a particular problem, especially on rainy days and afterward, due to the massive SR520 construction, which sometimes blocks the sidewalk across E Roanoke.
