Landlord informed us they were demolishing the house I was renting and sent me a 90-day notice in June. After I moved out, the landlord rented the house to new tenants. I was harassed and intimidated into moving during the pandemic believing after the 90 days my lease would be terminated. The landlord violated tenant relocation and used 90 day notices to remove unwanted tenants, raise rents and lease the house to more desirable tenants.
