This unit should not be able to have anything built above its existing height due to height restriction policies."***Is structure on top of roof (approx 8'-10' tall & the size of "a small room") per plan--is this mechanical work and is there a permit for it?***

2 cracks in SE corner of concrete block foundation starting from the ground going up approx 4 feet, are 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick. Note: the cracks are not visible from ROW. Insp will need to contact complainant for access to view from his property.
