I live next door at 2026 and am unsuccessful in figuring out who to contact about 2038. I knocked on doors yet no one I talked to is the property owner. The fence around the property is falling apart and posing a risk to my dog, ie can escape and could cause splitters and just overall not in the best shape. Thanks.

As a resident of this property, I have observed several serious safety hazards and maintenance failures that appear to violate Seattle's Minimum Housing Standards and the requirements of the Rental Registration and Inspection Ordinance (RRIO). Specifically, I have noted the following issues: 1. Expired RRIO Certification A current RRIO certification is required to be posted visibly on the premises.
