Building does not have working heat system. Landlord has compensated $75 for space heaters which are not code compliant and cannot be run 24/7 due to fire safety. Landlord has not sent an HVAC technician or appropriately attempted to remedy the situation in a timely manner. Complaint was filed with landlord over 3 weeks ago. It is less than 68 degrees in my home during the daytime and even colder at night.
