Per online complaint dated 9/23/05: "Within the last year an entire third floor room (possibly more) has been added to this house without a permit. The structure is currently a multi-family structure although I do not believe that it is permitted as such. The addition is on the third floor Northwest corner. I believe this is against the height limit (per SMC 23.45.009) for the zoning (L1)and probably is not to code structurally. Please enforce and require code compliance or removal as well as p
