The landlord is allowing construction to happen at all times of the day and night, literally running power saws and drills from 9am to 3 or 4am. I have asked him if I could please get some hours to sleep but he doesn't care and said this isn't a luxury apartment so I should expect to have very loud noise from power tools at all times. It is less than 20 feet away, constant drilling and sawing and hammering and guys moving heavy stuff very loudly, I haven't gotten more than an hour of shit eye

The landlord is letting this guy stay in the unit on yjr top floor while he is renovating it, so the guy hoes to work all day and does heavy construction right above us all night till like 2am. He is running power tools, sawing out stuff and drilling things, pounding new wood in. Construction including loud power tools, hauling equipment, hammering, and yelling is happening all day and all night. No one here can sleep or hear their TVs, I haven't slept well because of the constant noise in months. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
