Per phone: Townhomes' decorative fence is being used as a retaining wall by next door construction project. Fence is made with 4x4 posts, mesh, and rocks, and a portion of the fence by the complainant's front door is bulging from pressure. Concerned about possible slide if/when heavy rainfall occurs.

per online complaint: The new construction of 6 townhomes where 206 26th Ave E house used to be leave huge ventilation fans over the night for at least the last 6 nights. The vents make disturbing noise, making it hard for nearby residents to sleep.
