We havent been able to use our oven in almost a month. We have a gas stove/oven and the starters continually sparks on all 4 burners when it has power. We submitted a maintenance request on 3/25 and have followed up with our property managers several times. We had a handy man come out last week and all he did was unplug the oven and told us the property manager has to send out someone else. They have not followed up with us. Not having an oven for almost a month is becoming an issue.

We had several massive trees knock over our fence and occupy most of our backyard on feb 24th, 2024. The property management finally removed the tree almost a month later on 3/22, but the fence is still broken and blocking the sidewalk. We have reached out multiple times to have the fence repaired or have temporary fencing installed, with no avail.
