2114 Dexter Ave N constructed very tall opaque fence on south corner of property. It's blocking the sight line of cars turning onto Dexter Ave from Dexter Way. No permit was posted so can someone take a look at this to see if it's compliant since seems to pose a visibility hazard to see oncoming traffic
