There is a growing homeless encampment on the sidewalk of Belmont St between Denny and Olive. It's spilling into neighboring areas with homeless people sleeping in our condo entrance.Blocking Sidewalk,Entrance to residence.

Per online complaint: "Vacant Building Opent To Entry - Unlawful Home Occupation The building at 212 Belmont Ave E. has garages and they are currently occupied by (presumably) homeless individuals. These occupants are using the streets as the bathroom, and constantly fighting (screaming) causing a disturbance."
