Per online complaint: "This builder continually, breaks code, by starting earlier than 7am, breaking noise violations, working on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, breaking noise violation, contractors are parking in front of near by buildings, blocking traffic and parked cars in and out, and disrespectful of the area."

Per online complaint: "The property was foreclosed on and there are 4 of us renting the porperty. The lease did not include responsibility for the water bill and now the water has been shutoff since we received a notice to vacate within 90 days. This notice was received a few days ago and the water was turned off today."
