Apartment 2B in 213 First Avenue South Seattle. The apartment was advertised as a mid loft design with wooden steps leading up to the bed. The steps had no hand rails and the sleeping area was bordered by one brick wall and suspended ropes on two sides with no balustrade in the front facing the dinning area. tenant rights - electronic lock motor is defective (this has happened twice so far) the 2nd time I had to pay $350 I need to be reimbursed from landlord, unable to get into my unit when I contacted landlord they did not allow me to get in was locked out that 1st night, I have mental health issues
