The Toll Brother's construction site at 10th Ave W and W McGraw St has been creating loose gravel and soil over at least the last year. These materials have made their way downhill near my house clogging the gutters with more than an inch of soil/gravel. There is also loose gravel on the north sidewalk at the end of one of their access drives on W Crockett St halfway between 10th Ave W and 9th Ave W.
