Per Online;I am writing on behalf of the Outlook Condo Association about a building that is what engaged in what we believe is unpermitted illegal construction. The building is located at 2142 8th Ave N Seattle, WA 98109. It is building a parapet on its roof which appears to be unpermitted and it also looks like it is exceeding the height restrictions in our neighborhood zone. We ask that the City look into this construction as soon as possible.
