New heater was installed but is smaller and a hole in the wall was left, exposing heater components. Outside railings not to code, missing pieces, very loose, rotted wood. Call box not working. Mold on windows, walls. Roaches.

Kitchen flooded from the hot water heater. The bedroom carpet is soaked and beginning to smell. Also, the refrigerator does not work very well. Freezer does not keep food frozen and the frig does not keep food cold. Has tried getting in touch with the manager and owner of the property, but, no one has returned any of her calls.
