Per online complaint: "Substandard rental housing conditions & construction without permits. Landlord hasn't investigated source of leak in exterior wall leading to mold inside our 2nd floor apt. Our deck has also sunken dramatically in past 6 months. This upper deck has no footings or support beams." NOTE TO INSPECTOR: Please check the construction w/o permits and refer if necessary. Thanks.
