The landlord has left several large holes in the side of the house for >2months since the complaint. At one point rats entered and scratched a hole all the way through to my room. They fixed the hole from the inside (barely) and did not patch the holes from the outside until another month later. They did not patch the most major hole and now a family of birds with babies has been living in my wall inches from my bed. They refused to contact emergency repair services.

Backyard campfire almost nightly is too close to structures (Alder Flats building). Aside from the smoke and accelerant smells drifting into apartments, the fire is a concern to surrounding structures.
