Constructing illegal units and second story deck w/out permits. Said we could call him to go into his backyard to see this.*Note*He said his neighbor Elaine Packard (206)322-8583 would let us into her backyard as well. I called and left a v/mail for her to call me back and confirm this. 5/25/08 Rcvd call from Elaine stating we do have her permision to enter her back yard to view the problem.(JM)
