POTA--per online--The landlord John Bito and Patty Bicknell withheld my entire $3800 damage deposit without providing a full detailed explanation of what was damaged. They have provide a price quote for a yard cleanup in the amount of $5,500. It is only a quote and and I lived there for 7 months. It was not in the lease agreement to pay $750/month to maintain a small yard. It was maintained exactly how they rented it. They are using that to justify withholding entire rent
