Per online complaint: "I have lived at 2200 Franklin Ave E in Apt 201 for about 2 years. Several windows and the sliding door leak. There is visible mold that develops on the window and I am concerned there may be mold in the carpet, walls, ceiling, and/or air at this point. What is the next step? Thanks, Grace"
