The right front burner of the stove emits sparks. The caller (tenant's daughter) said she called the manager about it 4 months ago.Note: the tenant just received a 3 day pay or vacate notice. They also listed many other problems, but it turns out they have all been fixed. She also stated the smoke detector does not work, but did when the tenant moved in.
