My whole apartment building has been suffering a series of package theft over the span of the last 4 months. In addition to that, our mailboxes have no security or privacy. I moved into this unit approximately three weeks ago, and it was not delivered in a safe or sanitary condition as required under SMC 22.206.At move-in, I observed and reported visible mold growth, pest debris, and unsanitary conditions.
