I cannot leave my apartment safely if there is a fire. My neighbor uses the hallway as storage and it's gotten so bad it is hard for me to get out of my apartment. I am worried I could die in a fire if I have no way out.

Their HVAC unit is very noisy especially noticeable at night. I live in an apartment that is adjacent to the building. I recorded 54dB on my phone app, I request a more accurate measurement.
