Tenant was told once a disable parking space was available tenant would be able to get it. Now space is available and Mgmt. is not responding. Sent multiple messages. What are rights? How to move forward.

PER ONLINE: Construction workers have been using our private shared driveway at 225 and 227 23rd Ave E for unloading of construction material. License plate of the vehicle is C83937H (see attached photos). In addition to the trespassing they have also been blocking our driveway with construction cones.We've contacted Schneider Homes about this in the past and it still not resolved.SPD has also been made aware of the trespassing.

NOISE--per online--Construction noise has started before 7am twice since the demolition of the property has started. Once on 6-18-2018 and again on 6-26-2018 a few mins before 7am.They also have been reinforcing the hillside soil with drilling and driving in steal beams before 8am (not sure if that's considered impact work but it does shake my floor) over the past several weekdays.
