I am submitting a complaint regarding habitability conditions at my rental unit located at 221 Minor Ave N Unit 202 (Cascade Apartments, East Building) Seattle, WA 98109. This complaint is with respect to the disturbance caused by the garbage truck and dumpster movement in the alleyway adjacent to the apartment unit. The garbage trucks arrive regularly between 5-7 AM on weekdays (as well as around 1 PM on Saturdays). Tuesdays in particular the garbage trucks arrive between 5 and 5:30 AM every
