Reported seeing a mattress infested with bed bugs disposed of by our dumpster on 8/15. Requested checking our onsite cameras to see if it was an infestation starting in our building. The bed bug mattress and frame were not disposed of properly. The frame was gone on Sunday. It may have entered a building. Included pictures of bed bugs disposed feces and skins when reporting. It is 8/19 and there has been no action. Mattress is still out by the dumpster.

RECIEVED NOTICE 06/13 SUMMONS TO EVICT BY 06/23 . SHE RECIEVED A 14 DAY NOTICE TO EVICT ON 04/24/2023, SHE WORKED WITH LANDLORD TO WORK OUT A PLAN WORK THROUGH THIS EVICTIONBUT NOW SHE IS BEING TOLD TO LEAVE BY 06/13.

HOUSING--per online complaint-- Front door has been broken for over a week. At first just the lock was broken, now the door is ajar and unlocked. Management does not seem to be taking any steps to fix it.
