Propery Owner is Civetta Properties at 206-781-1111. Per online complaint: "This would fall under substandard rental housing conditions. I don't know if it's a code violation, but the house has a hole in the ceiling due to a leaking roof. The exterior of the roof has been patched twice, but there still seems to be some water that gets through. Also smells of mold."
