A `black' water flood has left the kitchen unusable. Tenant has been told the Landlord had a plumber working on an above unit and that it's possible a clog was pushed further down the line. Tenants live on the ground floor. While they were away during the holidays, all the drainage from the above units drained out, into the kitchen.Other than the refrigerator the tenant is unable to use the kitchen. Tenant has been told by the owner that the whole kitchen will need to be `demolished'.
