Complaint: landlord has left tenants hallway under construction for a few months, all of the siding and insulation has been removed all that is seperating tenants unit from the outside is a sheet of drywall. Exposed wires and unsafe conditions. Requests an inspector to come and make a report.

The elevator has been broken since the fire 4/11/23. The result is that its service or operation has been spotty. I tried to use it and got stuck. The building manager told my neighbor if they repair it our rents will go up. I'd move but I'd need the elevator to work. And we have neighbors with disabilities that need a working elevator.
