In regards to the complaint I have already submitted about this building 010317-26CP I am attaching another photo of the inside of this unfinished project which includes standing water. I am wanting to know what the status of this project is and why it has not been finished so this eyesore, the sidewalk, visibility and, evidently,mosquito breeding ground are improved.

This building has gone unfinished for years. Big black tarps obstruct the view of a busy street and create a danger to pedestrians and drivers and the sidewalk has been closed for literally years. In addition, when the building was being built, they tore up the street and did a horrible job repatching it and it's really bumpy.
