I am filing this complaint because I believe my landlord has improperly handled my payments and account balance. I have made rent payments, but some payments appear to have been applied toward my deposit or reapplied as charges that were already paid, instead of being properly credited toward my rent balance. In regards to the complaint I have already submitted about this building 010317-26CP I am attaching another photo of the inside of this unfinished project which includes standing water. I am wanting to know what the status of this project is and why it has not been finished so this eyesore, the sidewalk, visibility and, evidently,mosquito breeding ground are improved.
