On multiple occasions the P1 garage that I park in has been non- functioning or left open and unsecured. Property management is not prorating for the time when the door is stuck in the closed position causing me to miss doctor appointments, work, and paying for street parking. chemicals/fumes coming into my bathroom 3/28/2025 Tenant called back. Having issues with people using fentanyl in building Mgmt not doing anything about it. Worried about safety and health, has a young daughter. Ventilation in unit is not good. Mgmt been flipping units using dangerous chemicals.
