There is a massive infestation of bed bugs in the L2 floor of the apartment building where the trash, bike/car parking, and storage units are at. Management has been notified on multiple occasions, maintenance tickets have been filed, to no resolve. The infestation has grown and I am concerned that my own property will be impacted as I have a storage unit in that area.

Per Online; The management gave access to my apartment without my presence or permission. I had my dog inside while I was at work and came home to debris on my floor and things moved around. The super confirmed that the men indeed entered. Management had acknowledged my request that no one enter and disregarded it.
