We moved into our MFTE unit on April 22nd, 2026. Upon move-in l, the apartment was handed over late and uncleaned, forcing us to perform the deep cleaning labor ourselves. I live in Apt 322 at Siteline Apartments, 223 Taylor Ave N.Beginning on the evening of 12/2, my bathtub water became visibly discolored (yellow-brown) with fine silt-like sediment that stains white washcloths. Draining and refilling the tub did not resolve it.I put in an urgent maintenance request and discussed this with a property manager the morning of 12/3. He said another resident in Apt 208 reported the same issue that evening. He also said backflow testing was done that day.A
