Water heater broke and flooded apartment on 6/29/07. Now the door to the apartment won't close, now there is water damage and stinks (mold). Can stick finger through drywall because it is so wet. Has been leak in the bathroom for a long time. Please call Chuck ASAP at 602-525-6141 to let him know if this is a 24 hour or 10 day emergency.
